Delete your SnackWhere account
This page is for the SnackWhere app and website. Here is how to delete your account and the personal data that goes with it.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open the SnackWhere app and sign in.
- Open Settings (the ⋯ menu at the top right, then Settings).
- Scroll to Delete account, tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.
It happens right away. You can’t undo it.
Option 2: ask us (no app needed)
Email us from the email address on your SnackWhere account and we’ll delete the account, usually within a few days and no later than 30 days.

Please send it from the same email address you signed up with, so we know it’s you. Tell us the display name on the account if you can.
What is deleted
- Your email address, display name and password
- Your profile picture and verification photos
- Your reviews and machine requests
- Your purchase log, product corrections, messages, reports and blocked-people list
What is kept
- Machines you added stay on the map, but no longer show your name.
- Routine database backups can still hold deleted data for up to about 30 days before they expire.
- A record that an account was suspended may be kept to prevent abuse.
